From Analysis to Discovery
Five services, one purpose: the highest probability of discovery for every dollar spent.
Everything below connects to a targeting rationale. We do not propose work to fill a budget – if a method does not fit the geology, we say so. Our services combine the analysis of geological models with the execution of large-scale field programs: from raw data to drill target.
Exploration Strategy & Targeting
This is the heart of what we sell: the decisions that matter. Where to look, what to drill, what to build, what to walk away from.
Our geologists understand the processes that form orebodies – the metallogenic models behind every deposit type. Just as important, we know where those models stop working. A model is a starting point, not an answer: we adapt it to the local geology, the structural grain, the specific details of each region, because that is what maximizes the probability of success.
The same judgment governs our data. We compile everything known about your ground – government databases, historical assessment work, your own files – then apply modern statistical analysis and AI/ML prospectivity modelling to find what correlates. But more layers only help if they are the right layers, the ones that tell the story of the deposit you are hunting. Chasing arsenic anomalies to find a lithium pegmatite? Probably not your best indicator. Molybdenum, though, is part of the LCT pegmatite story. Choosing the layer is a technical act, and it depends entirely on the geologist making the choice.
The deliverable is a defensible targeting case: drill-ready targets ranked on convergent criteria, with the technical reasoning a Qualified Person can stand behind.
Electromagnetic Geophysics (TDEM)
Many ore minerals conduct electricity. A time-domain electromagnetic (TDEM) survey sends pulses of current into the ground and listens for the echo that conductive, metal-rich rock sends back – in effect, a metal detector that can see several hundred metres down. Ore that no outcrop, no soil sample, and no drill hole has ever touched will still answer.
By refining targets this way before drilling, we raise the probability that drill holes intersect mineralization to as high as 95% – maximizing our clients’ chances of discovery. It is a proven approach in which we have deep experience, applied successfully to copper, nickel, gold, silver, and other metal deposits.
Geophysics is only as good as its acquisition. Poorly designed layouts, sloppy instrument practice, and unsupervised contractors produce confident-looking data that is simply wrong – and targets that waste drill holes. We design the survey geometry, supervise acquisition in the field, and independently verify the data before it drives a single decision.
And where the geology does not suit electromagnetics, we say so – and propose the method that fits. Credibility is worth more than a survey.
Exploration Under Cover
Here is the problem with much of Canada’s best ground: you cannot see it. The last ice age buried the bedrock under metres – sometimes tens of metres – of gravel, sand, and till. A thick blanket over the rocks. If you cannot see the rocks or touch them, you cannot find what is in them. So generations of explorers simply walked past.
We do not walk past. Our light drills punch through the blanket and recover a sample right off the top of the bedrock – no heavy machinery, no hydraulic equipment, almost no ground disturbance. Others left this ground untouched because sampling it was too difficult. We built the niche capability to do it, and it uncovers new targets on ground with little to no competition.
The light footprint pays off twice. In Quebec, no ATI permit (authorization for impact work) is required; in other jurisdictions, only a simplified prospecting-class permit – never the heavy authorizations a drill program demands. Simpler permitting, faster starts, smaller footprint.
Complete Project Execution
We execute exploration programs across Canada from end to end: soil and till sampling, overburden and diamond drilling supervision, camp logistics, and coordination of specialized contractors. The geological services and the field execution together – one accountable team, planning through final report.
The field is also where the raw material of discovery is generated: data. We build crews capable of covering more ground and collecting more useful data, and we run programs with daily health and safety and environmental reporting, weekly progress summaries, and live budget and schedule tracking.
Data Automation & Software
Exploration is not won by executing faster. It is won by asking the right questions and making the right decisions.
We automate our processes and develop our own applications to free up our team’s curiosity and technical capacity. Artificial intelligence and large language models take on the repetitive work and process large volumes of geological data from multiple sources, so our geologists spend their time where they truly make a difference.
To date, our in-house platforms cover drill core logging, field service management – daily health and safety and environmental reporting, weekly progress summaries, project budget and schedule tracking – plus data compilation and AI analysis, and statutory and NI 43-101 technical reporting.
